I started at SellPoint as a Creative Production Assistant and helped create, QA, and syndicate online product tours. After one short year I was a Web Producer executing complex online marketing pieces for the top tier clients. While working in the Creative Services department I was responsible for projects from the kickoff meeting to reconciling the quote for billing. Organization, efficiency and attention to detail were the keys to my success in the role, but equally important was my willingness to 'get my hands dirty'. For example, I didn't hesitate to open a PSD to remove a spec of dust, view source to find the missing close tag, or scour the web for an obscure video codec. It was at SellPoint that I learned the following programs inside & out: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Sorenson Squeeze, Saleforce, SugarCRM, Dropbox, FTP systems, and Basecamp.
